It looks like ulcers and cheek bite is also present because of your wisdom tooth.
Please apply either of these gels over your ulcers- Orasore, Keracort.
Do lukewarm saltwater gurgling, it'll help
And, get your wisdom tooth removed.
Take care.

Hello Sir
It is very common for the wisdom tooth to create such type of trouble like pain, cheek biting, fever etc. If such problems have started due to the wisdom tooth then it's time to get it removed. No means of medicine is going to give you relief. They might, but that would be only transient. The picture shows that there is some ulcer kind of lesion developed on the gum area for which you can use a gel or an ointment such as dologel or mucopain. The ultimate solution is removal of wisdom tooth. You need to visit a maxillofacial surgeon for the same. You can wait for three or four days if you having any body ache or feverish symptoms due to the second dose of vaccination and then you can visit the doctor and get the treatment done.
