Pain near right knee while twisting leg

Asked for Male, 45 Years

While playing badminton, I found there is a pain at my right know. I can walk normally, however while twisting the leg, I see pain. MRI done. Impressions -Partial thickness /interstial tear of tibial attachment of ACL -Gread I to II tear of posterior body of medial meniscus -Mucoid degenration/grade I instrasubstance tear of lateral mensicus -Minimal knee joint effusion Mild bone marrowoedema/contusions posterior aspects of latera
