Pain  In sole heel and calf muscles.
Problem from last more than 6 month.. Pain continues after constable duty of 10 hrs duty almost every day. Major pain is in SOLE and HEEL. and also there is continuous pain in calf muscles everyday while going to bed to sleep. *It might be bony pain of heel and sole of muscular pain of calf muscles. Kindly provide medicines for these 3 problems.. so that I may do my duty more deligiently. Also please let me know if there is and minerals vitamins deficiency. or any supplement needed to cure the same problems.. Plzz. doctor...I will be highly obliged always in this lockdown period.

Use soft insoles in ur shoes with a heel rise Dont smoke or drink alcohol

Hello, 1)If u are habit of smoking, strictly stop smoking/alcohol from now 2)use MCR Chappal 3)t Carnisure one tablet after breakfast for 1 month will help u. 4) t paracetamol dolo 650 mg twice daily for 5 days

You have got Plantar fascitis U need to use soft insoles inside your shoes Use soft slippers in home Do calf streching excercise when u get up early in the morning Put foot in warm water For now take Tab Zerodol SP twice daily
