Hello dear Please be advised See pain of the extraction usually subsides after 3-5 days but if it is still paining then either healing is extended or some post operative trauma is there.i suggest you to please share x ray for confirmation of associated trauma.for further details you can consult me Thanks

Good evening doc, Sometimes, few people will have prolonged pain after removal of impacted teeth. Some common Reasons are - 1. Dry socket - visit the dentist and get a zinc oxide eugenol  pack or alveogyl (medicated fibers by Septodont placed in the socket) 2. In case you are restricting your jaw movements,  then also healing gets delayed - Eat normally with optimal jaw movements.  It might pain a bit, but that's normal. You will recover fast.
Next Steps
In any of the above cause,  if you find a laser specialist go and get laser photobiomodulation done, you will be fine immediately or get well within a day or two. Or else, this might take more time for relief.
Health Tips
Laser photobiomodulation is very effective. go for it if you have a chance. if you don't find one,  continue with analgesics for free more days.  start using rexidine mouthwash to hasten the healing

You may have developed a condition known as dry socket, where there is delayed wound healing. Talk to your doctor you may need a medicated dressing as well as some more antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.
