Jaw n tooth pain from 3 days

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I'm having so much pain on my entire left side of face..specially on left side bottom tooth n gums... N tooth are also paining alot... Eating pain killers are helping me... But m having swelling on my left side face... Like lumps n all... How to manage it for few days... Because I m going to pune for treatment after a week!! Any remedie to stop this pain n swelling??? Thank you in advance
