If it's painful then it's better to get urself examined from nearby doctor as they will check other places also for presence of enlarged lymph nodes...

Continue augmentin , just observe for 5 days. If issues are OK no need to do anything , but if swelling appears to increase or if fever comes u need more evaluation do TB related test. If needed advice consult with me will help u out easily. Take care

Lymph node will take time ..if it's painless and growing u need to check what it's .. submandibular lymph nodes r usually concerned with throat infection . .if u connect I can explain u clearly
