You need to find out root cause of your pain. Taking pain killer is not an answer. Get your cbc, sr vit b12, sr vit 3, ra factor and sr uric acid, Bsl (fasting) levels done.

It is fine if you find relief from it and you have no other side effects. You must work on identifying the cause for this pain. If you continue to work in the same way that is giving you weekly pain, then it can become more frequent.
