Pain inside anus
Suffering from pain inside anus after going to toilet.and discomfort in sitting.but not finding blood in stools.May I take pilex tablets for this as symptoms seem to be that of piles.
I am already taking alfoo tablets for urine problem,bp,sugar,.tablets.
.please advise.

Take trifala gugul , arogyavardhini vati 2 times a day..abhayarishta 4tsf two times with water
Take sitz bath with luke warm water alum powder and turmeric powder
