  4. Pain in wrist. On palm. please advise.

Pain in wrist
I have pain in my right wrist since last 4 days, it pains while I twist or move it. Did not had any injury or hurt any where. But pain has now extended towards shoulder and there is very light swelling on Palm. Please advise.
