Pain in wrist
I have pain in my right wrist from two days. Movement is possible however is little painful. Pain is also felt in the Carpel area while moving the wrist up and down. What could be the reason? Since lockdown is on, what remedies can I do at home for relief?

It may be a tenosynovitis,better to give hot water fermentation, pain killers, rest. Contact directly through practo for further information

I think your are suffering from dequrvains tenosynovitis Due to compression of tendon sheath over tendon we can try with one shot of low dose steroid injection locally if not subside after one month we can release percutaneuosly

Tab hifenacp morning and night, tab pantop 40mg morning before breakfast for 5days tab tendofit daily once for one month

Avoid weight lifts, apply ice pack , thumb spica can decrease your pain

Could b some tendinitis or inflammatory issue if u hvnt lifted anything heavy in last couple of days... Put some ice pack U can take anti inflammatory drug if pain is severe... Avoid lifting heavy weight from that hand till pain subsides completely...
