Pain in vagina
It's been more than month normal delivery pain in vagina like stick inserting feeling not everytime few days once and when I sit with legs folded sometimes After delivery due to pain I used to sleep and sit in different position whichever I feel comfortable do that cause any problem?? And  most of the time i am only handling baby due to that i didn't maintain proper hygiene in vaginal part I didn't drank water adequately exclusive breast feeding Now I feel so tired and having white discharge with strong unpleasant smell I fear so much Please say what is this pain I lifted weight like water pots few times after a month if delivery  without any option I heard that should not lift weight is it due to that???

Please consult with your Gynaecologist who helped you during your delivery. There might have been some adhesions formed in the vagina due to healing of stitches, or it could be low grade infection.

You need to be examined Meet a doctor in person No it is not because of lifting weightno it is not because of lifting weight
