I have pain in tooth 47 and the gums mostly. When the dentist probe that gum,I just jump out of dental chair. But they say it looks ok.
That gum hurts even if I touch with fingers. I have jaw pain near the lower jaw area near the ear lobe. Mandible end. Have taken MRI and CT without any answers.
Tooth 46 was painful for tapping and biting pressure during the visit when I went for jaw pain. So took several CBCT scans(around 4 scans in last 3 years). Nothing found but that Tooth was so painful for touching, tapping, biting pressure. Had RCT and several retreatments RCT and ended up pulling it last year and none of the RCT helped. Endo did around 4retreatments. Same symptoms persist, so pulled it.
No changes after ext.Same jaw pain and pain in 46 socket gum. Have white thing on that gum 46 which is so sharp and small. Dr said it's bone but it didn't resolve since August. Now I have pain in 47 gums. It's like throbbing and sore. 47 always get tartar buildup soon and other teeth no buildup.
