Pain in thumb and arm due to exercise
I started exercising 1 month ago. I do High Intensity Interval Training for 1 hour every morning (except saturday and sunday) with a pair of 3 kg dumbells. 4 days back i started having pain on my right thumb(joint where the thumb starts) and my right arm (bicep area). Thumb pain feels like its the bone. Arm pain feels like its the nerve. I have stopped exercising completely. Pain is not terrible but im concerned. Hurts when i move y thumb or hand. What do i do? Should i consult a doctor or just give it some time?

Probably the type of strenuous activities is taking toll on your body joints. Take rest and avoid heavy lifting of weights. Painkillers help. Meet a orthopaedician
