  4. Pain in the top of head. Be the reason?

Pain in the top of head
From a week i have pain in the middle top of head. Till now i have not used any meds. I thought after sleeping it will be corrected but that not the case . My headache is always there with different intensity,but in evening it goes to peak and cause pain in back head also and some time in jaw also. What would be the reason? Please help me. I had a migraine attack 4 years back with vertigo symptom which has been resolved 3 to 4 month.
