Hello,
It can be due persistent coughing or it can also be due to infection reaching the lungs (in simple terms).
At the very least get -
1. Chest X-ray (PA View),
2.CBC with PS 3. ESR.
More detailed history is needed like colour of phlegm,whether fever is there or not ,past history of illness.
Please follow up with the same.
