Pain in the neck and shoulders
Constant ache and stiffness at the back of the neck and the shoulder region, with the pain stretching down the spine. Moving the head around too much (eg: dancing) aggravates it. Neck exercises and massages temporarily relieve the pain. Placing a hot pack feels good but offers no relief. Lifestyle: Regular use of phone laptop for long hours, occasional drinking coupled with dancing, workout 5 days a week.
