Pain in the lower right back
From 2 weeks I am feeling pain in the lower right back.It is not acute but I can feel the pain while sitting standing up.

Lower back pain is maybe due to long sitting or wrong posture.
Next Steps
-take precaution while sitting to maintain your posture in upright position. -do streching exercises,including yog asanas will help you to relieve pain.
Health Tips
If pain is severe,do cold compression massage. even then not relieved,consult close by orthopedic doctor or homeopathic physician to get complete relief.
