Pain in the left chest
I have done ECG, 2D Echo which are normal and TMT is negative. I still have sharp chest pain on left side occasionally and sometimes while gulping water or taking shower. I also have pain in the back. I feel pressure in the chest as if gas is built up in the region. I have been diagnosed with 4mm gallstone. Can gallstones cause such a pain?

Looks like dyspepsia. Regular walking and diet modification could help
