Tratment Consists of TENS, SWD, US, Isometric Exercise of Neck .
Correct ur Posture. Avoid Stressfull Conditions.
An X-ray may be needed if not relieved in Four Days ..

Dear client when speaking about arm and shoulder pains it is significant to suggest the side. Well it could be a bachial neuralgia otherwise ruled out any systemic issue plz visit physio near by to get appropriate guidance regarding management.
This may be due to nerve sensitivity, it must have developed over a period of time. Such type of pain can come from the neck as well. Detailed assessment of neck and arm is required to come to a diagnosis and treatment planning. A sustained tailor made exercise program is required to address this issue.

There can be 3 main possibilities for your symptoms: either this is due to a hormonal or vitamin deficiency, or peripheral nerve compression like carpal tunnel syndrome, or a problem in the neck casing higher nerve root compression.
