Pain in testis, spermatic cord for20dys
18-19 days before my scrotum behind spermatic cord started paining gradually it's became sharp throughout to the waist. I took megacelo sp and zocef 500 for 5 days . But pain not totally goes away while I touched spermatic cord it's hurts and slightly pressure on the inguinal and scrotum area during bus travel and wear a pant its paining. Also after masterbation and nightfall its paining more.i did USG shows normal.
