Swelling in Spermatic Cord
When I Do Masturbation and After 1 to 2 Hour I Feel Pain in Spermatic Cord and my  USG Report Is Right side Funiculitis But I Feel Pain In Both Side. I am Suffering of This Problem Last 3.4 Years

Funiculitis should settle with a course of antibiotics. However it is unlikely that funiculitis would be there for this long. Few people do have post mastrubation pelic/perineal discomfort
