Hi I have dull ache on testicle mostly on veins and i did ultrasound and doctor told that spermatic cord of left side is thicken so how i can cure it to remove the dull ache

It could be epididymo orchitis. Means infection of testis and cord structures. You may need a course of antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medications. Using a tight scrotal support is also advised
