Funiculitis by usg/scrotum

Question

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Sir.. Ultrasound diagnosis showed funiculitis of right spermatic cord.. After using carbamyl forte twice daily for five days it has eased.. but now both of the spermatic cords are inflamed.. I have pain in both testicles help me please.. how to identify whether this is caused by filariasis or urinary infection..
