Pain in Testis. Be the treatment plan?

I was having pain in both testis and got scrotal Doppler done... report shows following. 1. Right Funiculitis, 2.right epididymal cyst 3. Bi- lateral grade 1 varicocole. In past 2 years  I had epididymitis and infection in semen for which I had to take injections and cured at last...but from last 1 month I'm having pain so got scrotal Doppler done today and above was the result...Pls tell me is there any major infection in spermatic cord ? Will it effect fertility ? I'm not yet married , planning to marry soon..Little worried ...pls tell me the reason for this problem and also will this infection spread to my partner ? Advice what are the tests to be done further and what should be the treatment plan ? And also suggest Tests to rule out whether it is contagious infection or not...
