Testis unbalanced

Asked for Male, 24 Years

My testis balls are not balanced properly. There's too much difference.....One ball is hanging down and other in upside but there's no pain..... Almost all the times testis bag shrinked inside...... And there's no sperm discharge in night times (once in two weeks) like common boys.... my beard growth also very less at the age of 24.... sometimes I am feeling depressed when thinking about all of these....please help me....
