Pain in testicle
Hello Doctor,
I am having pain in my left testicle since a week and it's little downward when compared to the right one. And I also have habit of masturbation regularly. So what could be the cause of pain and please suggest if any treatment is required

Hi,
Masturbation is one of the major reasons you have been facing this issue.
Testicular pain can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include trauma, tight pants or underwear, jogging, cycling or decreased blood flow to the testicles from prolonged sexual arousal.
See a doctor immediately if you:
Develop sudden, severe testicle pain
Have redness or swelling of the testicle
Get a fever or chills
Notice blood in your urine
Make an appointment to see a doctor if you:
Have mild pain lasting longer than a few days
Find a lump or swelling in or around a testicle
