Pain in testicle

Hai I'm feeling a light pain in my right testicle today afternoon and later at night. what does it mean? I used to masterbate daily but now I reduced it to occasionally. earlier I got sever pain in my left testicle long time ago for some days but I never consulted a doctor or used medicines. after that my sperm count dropped [personal observation only]. Is this any disease or body disfunction? please show me a solution to my life. Thanks in advice.
