Don't eat hard substance like roti or chana from that side , visit Dental clinic in your area take x ray and send your xray to me if it is very painful then take zerodol sp for relieving pain, if it is not cure then visit Dental clinic first, also you can use painout gel colgate brand for your instant relief.

Go for xray to determine the extent of decay. Depending upon xray treatment will be done.

You should visit a dentist asap to restore that tooth. Keep in mind the early you treat it the more better it is. As for pain you can take paracetamol sos
