Patient is having pain at one point in the stomach, specifically at the right side below the ribs... have taken pain killer but is comes back. Pain again comes after eating meals. Vomiting is also there. Patient had come in contact with with corona positive but is not experiencing any fever or throat issues. Kindly help.

From the description that you have given the patient could be suffering from either of the 2 diseases
1) peptic ulcer disease also called gastric ulcer or gastritis . It is commonly seen if patient is on heart medication such as aspirin.
It is diagnosed by performing an endoscopy.
2) gall stone disease- stones in gall bladder cause pain below right ribcage . This us diagnosed by Ultrasound scan of Abdomen. If patient has gall stones disease it requires surgery but not an emergency surgery
