Pain in Stomach (Pancreas) and Back
Having Pain in Back (left middle) and Pancreas area from last 3 weeks. Consulted with Physiotherapist for back, but still having problem. When lying on bed, only having stomach pain. Pain increase after eating food. Also causing Gas+Constipation. Feels like something is rotating near left ribs lower part.

Please consult a surgeon or a gastroenterologist. Also get a basic ultrasound of the abdomen done to rule out any pathology. It may be a simple case of gastritis or it can be pancreatitis as well.
Depending upon your further symptoms you may need to undergo some work up to establish a better diagnosis and then accordingly treat it
