Dear Friend, Mild fatty changes in pancreas is something that you must not worry too much about. If you consume alcohol then you must stop it immediately or it may land you in big trouble. your urea is fine, but please get your creatinine and potassium checked. Trace of protein in urine is not much of significance. Best wishes.
