The basic problem here is Piles. Due to blood loss , the symptoms of Anemia are visible. Constipation is one of the causes of Piles. You need to take some laxatives like Syrup Cremaffin . Also some drugs like Tranexa to stop the bleeding immediately. And an ointment like Anovate for Piles. Need to see doctor definitely. Also get complete blood count done.

Hello there. Since blood loss is there in the stools, the symptoms look like that of anemia in which there is generalised weakness, giddiness, body aches etc. Therefore the cause of this needs to be treated. Consult a surgeon and get her treated for piles. Have high fiber containing foods. Don't strain for stools. Drink lots of water preferably boiled water. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Consult a surgeon ASAP. Regards
