Pain in stitches
Hello i have gone through c-section five days back .at my home i only have indian toilet .can i use it .I'm feeling very embraces to ask this to my dr .please help me is it safe .does it build up any complication

Generally it is better to avoid frequent squatting atleast for the first 2 weeks post cesarean, giving the wound some time to heal. But if this is the only option, then pls be careful while squatting and getting up, by providing support to your abdomen. Make sure to squat gently and stand up slowly. No sudden movements.
