Pain in right waist back side
So whenever I am up in the morning after sleep I feel sharp pain in right side of waist back side. Initially I thought that it could be a stone or something but my ultrasound reports are clear. I don't know why this is happening in morning after sleep for couple of hours. The pain/congestion/tightness is so strong in that area.. that for couple of hours of morning I cannot even bend down to pick something I need to walk straight only. Since my ultrasound reports are clear I don't even know what kind of doctor I should consult. The problem is happening from last couple of months. But I feel so uncomfortable for those couple of hours in the morning. Also a separate issue is that I generally feel waist pain if I am standing for more than 1 hour this is due to my height I believe, which is around 6. This problem is there from last many years.

As mentioned above the USG report is within Normal limits. I would like you to suggest to undergo further investigations including X-ray of LS spine AP and Lateral view and MRI spine SOS to rule out any bony/intervertebral pathology. And consult accordingly for further management.
Next Steps
To get an X-ray and an MRI (SOS)
Health Tips
Avoid standing and working for long hours
