Pain in right upper abdomen and behind

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am getting a pain in my upper right abdomen. both front and back since 4 days. I get pain when I touch below my ribs or in stomach when I sleep reverse . I have acidity problem previously. But I am afraid that does this relate to kidney or appendicitis problem. Or is this due to my acidity problem. Please clarify
