Pain in right side of face inside mouth
I am suffering from pain in right side of my face.. i feel the pain is their in upper teeth but sometime it feels it's everywhere in right side of face. i went to dentist and got xray and OPG and dentist told me their is no issue in any teeth and asked me to consult ENT. I went to ENT doctor near my place and i was treated for  neural pain and it did not helped then i was treated for sinus and was asked to get an CT scan done. Today i got my CT scan and it did not show any abnormalities so ENT doctor suggested the neural pain medicine again, along with calcium medicine. Attached is analysis of CT scan. I wanted to know from you all what could be the reason of pain and what should I do next? Thanks

dear patient, as i look at your symptoms and the diagnosis made through ct scan, it is to be utmost necessary for the opg to be connected with the reports. if everything is normal i would like to know whether the pain is continuous or occasionally? if the pain is on eating or drinking cold foods or the pain is with washing your face with cold water? as of now i would like to suggest you continue with whatever medicines your ENT doctor has prescribed you. and for a better diagnosis please attach your OPG as well.
Next Steps
please attach your opg

According to CT, sinuses and surrounding areas looks normal. If you don't get relieved by neural pain medication, the other cause may be your tmj. (Joint in the Jaw) Also if your chewing on one side it might be the reason. Try to chew bilaterally. If you feel the pain near the joint and when you open and close the mouth, you can give warm water compression near the joint and take muscle relaxant medicine to check if it gets relieved. Any definitive diagnosis can be provided only on clinical examination.
