I am having Spain in my right shoulder from last 3 days.i didnt have any accident .I don't know why this is coming

Do Ice therapy on the shoulder wd Ice pack. Keep it on pain site for 3 mnts, 4 times., twice daily. Apply Crepe Bandage 4 inches size,  for 6 days. Afters this S.W. Diathermy, Ultrasonic of 1 Mega Hertz 7 mnts, will be good for U. Dry Needling & Cupping therapy for a week will provide complete relief. Active mobilization exercises to be done.
