Pain in right pelvic region
I recently got diagnosed with a cyst in my left ovary. I was asked to take birth control meds for 2 months, I started the meds 20 days back and got my periods 10 days early, with very less brown blackish bleeding and started having immense pain in right pelvic region. It's been 5 days, the pain at one point in the right pelvic area is constant. Did an ultrasound again and here's what the report has to say UTERUS: Anteverted, midline, measures 8.2cms x 4.0cms x 4.7 cms and shows a subserosal fibroid in the lower uterine segment anteriorly measuring 3.0cms x 3.5cms x 4.4cms with no definite increase in vascularity. Endometrial echo 5.1mm. RIGHT OVARY: Normal, measures: 2.9cm x 2.7 cm LEFT ADNEXA: left ovary not separately visualized. Anechoic area measuring 1.9cm x 1.8cm x 1.4cm with few thin internal septations (Compared with previous study dated 13.09,2024 shows interval decrease in size). POD: Thin rim of free fluid in POD.
