Pain in right calf bad knee
I got injury in right leg while playing 46hours before. After injury I took off from the practice but after sometime I felt better then I did some running and exercise but been I reached home after 2/3hours I felt pain in knee and even in walking too .It was swelled till evening and I was experiencing server pain in knee and in walking but I was doing icing after every 3/4hours abd had painkillers and antibiotics of very low power .Now after 46hours I can knee the swelling over knee is almost gone and I am feeling much better, even in walking too but there is still swelling on calf muscle and pain and stiffness in calf muscle .As I already had gone through one ACL surgery of my left knee . When I had this injury I felt traumatized for my future .Kindly help .Is everything okay with my knee ? Do I need to worry about it ? What should I do about it ??

Hey Hi As per your symptoms there may be chances of grade 1 ligament injury or internal swelling .you have to do mri for proper treatment. Also you can consult physiotherapy clinic in first grade injury you become fit with exercises only. For swelling you can apply ice over there
