Pain in nipple
Kindly help me, have been doing intercourse for last 2 month with boyfriend, he bites and licks nipples a lot, wants to see milk leak so has given me a breast pump, will this be safe to use? I am on birth control pills as we both prefer no protection, etc. I have persistent pain in breast daily because of heavy squeezing, but dont want to stop also, is there a way to minimise pain? I am facing some vaginal dryness as well so have to use lubricants daily, is there an alternative? Thank you.

Namastey Frequent intense nipple stimulation, biting, squeezing, and repeated use of a breast pump can irritate the breast tissue and nipples, which likely explains the persistent pain you are experiencing. The breast is a sensitive structure, and excessive pressure or suction can lead to inflammation, swelling, skin injury, or small cracks. Using a breast pump when you are not breastfeeding is generally not dangerous in itself, but repeated strong suction to intentionally induce discharge can keep the tissue irritated and uncomfortable. Pain is a sign that the tissue is being overstressed and should not be ignored. Your vaginal dryness may be related to friction, hormonal response to Birth control pills, stress, or prolonged/intense sexual activity. Daily lubricant use is common and acceptable when dryness is present. Also remember that having intercourse without condoms can increase the risk of sexually transmitted infections even when pregnancy prevention is covered by birth control pills.
Next Steps
To minimize breast pain, reduce the intensity and duration of nipple squeezing, biting, and suction for some time and allow the tissue to recover. If you continue these activities, they should be gentler and stopped immediately if pain increases. Avoid using very high suction with the breast pump. For vaginal dryness, prioritize adequate foreplay, hydration, relaxation, and gentler intimacy rather than increasing friction. Continue using a good-quality lubricant if needed, as it protects tissue from irritation. If dryness or breast pain continues persistently, a personalized consultation would be helpful. Health Tips
Listen to your body’s discomfort signals—pain during intimacy usually means the tissue needs rest or gentler handling. Maintain proper hydration, sleep, and stress control, as these influence natural lubrication and hormonal balance. Ensure mutual consent and comfort during intimacy rather than focusing only on intensity. Safe sexual practices and balanced intimacy habits are important for long-term reproductive and sexual health. Thank you

Not safe—pain means injury. Avoid breast pump/rough squeezing; allow healing. Use water-based lubricant; dryness can be pill-related. If pain persists or discharge/lumps or wants to discuss more then connect online
