Pain in neck, shoulder and left arm
I have pain in neck due to improper pillow and that pain has radiated to shoulder ans left hand. I can sense the nerve in hand sometimes.its been 6 days and there has been slight relief . I m able to move my neck .

Its cervical radiculopathy... That's a reason you feeling these symptoms due to nerve involvement..
To avoid pain and tingling or pricking sensation in future you must take proper physiotherapy treatment before your condition becomes severe as it leads to poor prognosis
