Firstly you needs to elaborate ur history. How edison pain start? Recently or for long time. Does it go anywhere else? The swelling is where exactly? Same side as pain or other side ? Breathing difficulties since when? Ur reports doesn’t seems to give much information.
Next Steps
Try sleeping without pillow Use flat bed Don’t panic if it’s recent. Improve posture Use regular pain medications
