Pain in neck

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I have a pulsating pain on the front left side of my neck that hurts when I press on it or swallow. Also hurts if bend my head back all the way. It comes and goes about every 6-9 months and I have experienced this on the right side of my neck as well in the past. My ears do ring all the time as well.
