Pain in neck below upper left jaw. Pain
I have a pain in my left ear which ranges from 3 to 8 on the scale of 10 accompanied by a pain in the neck just below the upper jaw only on the left side. It doesnt pain unless i swallow or turn my head in the right direction. I have no cough cold fever or any other sort of symptom or weakness.

You seem to be suffering from cervical myofacial pain with refered ear pain. It's unlikely to be primary ear problem. You may need to take symptomatic treatment like painkillers and muscle relaxants for a few days
