Pain in neck and shoulder
When I raise my left shoulder up .. pain gets started in neck and shoulder nerves and while moving my hand or doing any exercise or stretch or while lifting any objects pain gets starts from shoulder to neck..

HI.. Your left shoulder pain is due to neck problem that lead to inhibition of your shoulder muscles... responsible for your pain.. Do lot if icing frequently... Don't lie on that side.. Dont lift any weight....with your left hand.. Seek help of a physio who can help you mobilise your neck and shoulder and then start rehab... Please don't do any exercise with pain..it will worsen the issue.. Hope this is helpful for you.. Kindly revert back in case you need anymore help...
