Pain in neck and right shoulder n arm
Dear Sir, I am facing problem of neck pain and right side should and arm pain even after holding 3-4 kg weight or household items...also i have been treated for this pain but doctor gave me escitolapram along with ...now its been a year, i m not recovering completely...also now i m addictied to escitolapram 5 mg...after 2 days of  stopping with taper the escitolapram i feel sad mood n irritation typ ...electric shock typ feeling while moving eyes... pls advise me something how to stop this escitolapram and right side shulder n arm pain. Thanks

Hi. If symptoms are not improving then u need specialist consultation and appropriate imaging to at least make a logical diagnosis. I would request u to stop this drug as it won’t cure your condition and make u addictive besides causing other cognitive impairments.

Checking for neck and shoulder movements and alignment with the help of x rays and then if needed MRI Of neck would be helpful
