Pain in my left hand
When i get depressed ,sad or start thinking about my problems  ,gradually i get pain in my left hand i,e from my wrist to my arm joint

Hello, this is an entrapment syndrome of any one of the nerves of the forearm or the wrist. There are many reasons for this. Excessive usage of wrist or forearm leads to these conditions, i.e. typing, mouse usage. Kindly have a consultation with any physical therapist near to you for further evaluation.
