The elbow pain might be due to Lateral Epicondilytis, commonly known as Tennis Elbow.

Take Rest. Apply Counterforce brace below the elbow. Apply Ice pack, pain relief spray. Take Tab Signoflam twice a day after food for 3 days. Repost with picture of black spot. Consult if problem continues even after following this advice.
