Hii..I m having pain in my both forearms and its because of my workout in the gym..BT nw m having a lot problem in lifting weight.I cant even hold any weight in my left hand and I can't afford to take my day off from th gym bcz I really luv it that's the only thing in my life,so plz help me in getting rid of this pain.

u have to consult a Ortho surgeon. diagnose the cause of pain ligament,tendon,bone,joint etc. remedial treatment shud be taken and be off all weight exercises for upper limb for 3 weeks.
