Pain in middle right of back
I have this pain in the middle right of my back. Had it since a couple of months. Did not bug me much but lately its been a few days that the pain is increased. I feel the pain while I lie down straight on my back , while I sleep on my right.
I don't feel nausea , no appetite loss or something

Mam..its not a major issue...few muscles name i m mentioning....just note it and get it rekeased and taped (kinesiotaping)by a specialist sports physiotherapist along with their own spevific interventions...
Serratus posterior inferior, q.lumbirum,lattismus dorsi,gluteus MEDIUS,and lowr fiber of trapexius.,iliopsos.
Next Steps
after rekese all these. .do icing twice a day fr 30 mnts. .stretching of iliopsos rectus abdominus,q.lumborum will be very helpful. ..
